Return conditions

We hope you love your AFYA prayer dress. If you would like to return your purchase, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and the matching AFYA pouch included.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return, subject to your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

How to request a return

To request a return, please e-mail us at contact@afyawear.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as AFYA cannot be responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or you received the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. In these circumstances, AFYA will arrange or cover the cost of return delivery, where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
